Looking Out by Jack Lestrade
"Looking Out" is the port of La Rochelle which is on the Atlantic (west side) of France north of Bordeaux. It's mainly from there that many Huguenots (Calvinists) left France and Europe during the religious wars to go to the Americas centuries ago. The two towers are garding the entrance to the port.
